We currently ship to the following countries:
- Canada (Shipped from within Canada)

- Austria
- Europe (other countries upon request)

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

- Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD (Canada only).

3. Order Processing Time
- For Canadian customers: Orders are shipped directly from our Canadian fulfillment center within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- For international customers: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- No shipping takes place on weekends or public holidays.
4. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable shipping providers, including:

✅ DHL, Swiss Post, UPS, and FedEx for international orders.

- For international orders (outside Canada), customs duties or taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
