Begin your adventure in the cozy confines of a charming yurt or a serene ritual room, where Martaline shares a 30-minute introduction to breathwork and techniques essential for conquering the invigorating jump into the icy lake. Following the enlightening session, transition to an outdoor sauna designed in the banja style, inspired by East Norwegian steam saunas. Martine, the esteemed steam master, curates a sensory experience by preparing special fresh birch water and various sauna aroma infusions. Indulge in up to 15 minutes of sauna bliss, enhanced with optional birch branch massages or invigorating bamboo stick Chaolin Monk massages.

This cycle repeats three times, culminating in the thrilling opportunity to plunge into the icy lake on the third round. After the invigorating ritual, take time to unwind and rejuvenate in the dedicated relaxation rooms, where you can savor delectable snacks, fresh fruits, or soothing tea.
